Well we went to our 2nd birthing class last night. I am so thankful that we were guided to this class because it continues to confirm what I believe. The information that we got last night was awesome. She was talking about how our bodies are designed perfectly. (she never says God created us, but I'm pretty sure that is what she believes.) We learned about the muscular structure of the Uterus and how it is designed to function in labor. This is all pretty cool stuff for someone like me that is intrigued by muscles and bones anyways, so I was just eating up every word.
I guess it is pretty reassuring to know that my body was designed by God to go through this process and that He is going to help me get through it.
Next week we have to take birthing balls and pillows. I'm sure that will be an interesting class. :)

Ahh...thinking too far ahead freaks me out, but it's fun to hear that this information is helping you. I know that last night I was reading my "What to Expect" book. Very good information in there. Thanks for the recommendation.
We were told at this appointment that we have to get our birthing classes scheduled.
I am excited for Sydney's arrival too! :) She is a long-awaited miracle from God...and will be so loved!
