We decided to put one of the old chest of drawers I had when I was little (I think it was Uncle Marvin's as well) in the closet of Sydney's room. We noticed that the top needed painting so to avoid having to repaint the whole thing we grabbed some leftover paint and made it red. We couldn't stop with just the top so we painted the part where you pull to open the drawers red as well. 
With Sydney's room being accented in red, this works perfectly. :) Chip managed to get the whole project done without any paint on his clothes. Maybe my dad is rubbing off on him after all.

Got any updates??? I keep checking in to see what's going on. Do you mind if I stop by in the next few weeks to see your belly... er uh I mean YOU! :o) We are headed back to your neck of the woods in a week. I'll try to call sometime between getting ready for a yard sale and packing!
I have been crazy busy with finishing up our family reunion planning. We are having that this weekend. Oh my gosh, I started crying when I read that you were going to be here. I would love it if you would stop by. I need to go to your blog and read your updates it sounds like.
